SPECIFICATIONS: Furnish where indicated on plans, Dome Equipment Hatch, factory fabricated Dur-Red Products, Model No. _________, with a 12" high curb. Curb and curb frame shall be 14 ga. galvanized iron, fully welded and ground smooth for absolute weather tightness; completely assembled with "heavy-duty" galvanized hinges; lid to have a one piece acrylic dome, either white translucent or clear colorless; and a dome frame of extruded aluminum #6063-T5 with minimum thickness of .070, provided with a self-contained sloping condensation and weepage gutter for drainage; painted with two coats of primer. Lid hardware has a two-point universal spring latch; inside, outside handle with padlocking provisions; "heavy-duty" Adjustable Torsion Spring; automatic hold-open and operating arms with red vinyl handle grip; and bulb-neoprene seal.
