SPECIFICATIONS: Furnish where indicated on plans, Ceiling Access for Plaster (specify either Single or Double Door), factory fabricated Dur-Red Products Model No. _________, consisting of a 12 gauge angle frame fully welded and ground smooth. Solid core door hardboard fiberglass, completely bonded together with a 20 gauge steel outer shell. Door hardware to be "heavy-duty", counter-balance motive power springs, flush mounted slot latch and continuous steel hinges; prime painted with two coats of gray primer. AVAILABLE SIZES:
